From the beloved Charlotte spinning her web, to Jonathan Livingston Seagull soaring over the sea, animals have played some of the greatest roles in Literature. Our research for this chart began with searching far and wide for books and stories (familiar and unfamiliar) that feature powerful animal characters. Next, we boiled our selections down to a final list, and assembled silhouettes to represent each animal. We were delighted by how well they all fit together, like puzzle pieces. To give the print a classical feel, we chose a baroque color scheme featuring muted, yet lush, hues. This print currently hangs in our living room, close to our hearts.Perfect gift for literature lovers
